How do I order food?
For food orders, use our menu website through the “Order Online” button. The ordering system is separate from this main website.
How does a catering enquiry work?
Choose a catering option, enter your event details and submit the enquiry. Our team reviews the details and prepares a quotation. Catering prices are not shown in the form because each event may have different requirements.
Can I create my own menu?
Yes. In “Create Your Own Menu” you can add the dishes you want, organised by category. Every category is optional and you can add as many dishes as needed.
Can I provide my own ingredients?
Yes. You can request a quotation using Cozinha das Manas ingredients, your own ingredients, or compare both options. When you provide the ingredients, the quotation can be for cooking labour, equipment, transport and service as requested.
Do the catering plans show prices?
No. The four fixed plans show their contents and dishes, while pricing is prepared through a quotation based on the event.
How do meal box plans work?
Choose a published plan, available service days, start date, duration and quantity. The system calculates the applicable amount and lets you submit the request through the dedicated meal-plan cart.
Do I receive a record of my request?
Yes. After a meal-plan request is submitted, the confirmation page shows the order number and main details. The customer can also access a PDF reference document for the order.
